1. Technical data sheet
If you are interested in a watch from our catalog, first check properly its technical data sheet, its description and the photographs that we provide, which are descriptive part of the ad (the images are always of the watch that is sold and that is in our stock). If you have any questions, do not hesitate to let us know, we will advise you on everything you need.

2. Purchase request
You can initiate the purchase through the green “PURCHASE REQUEST” button on the watch’s data sheet, or contact us via email or WhatsApp.

3. Price
We thoroughly analyze each watch, its condition, features and equipment, we choose our best price from the beginning; shipping and insurance are included in the price. We invite you to compare and check our price, which is usually the best in Europe. This way you can know that you are paying a fair price.

4. Payment
After receiving your purchase request, we will provide you with the necessary bank information to make the payment of the article, which will always be made in Euros. Under certain conditions you can pay by credit card.

You only pay for the price reflected on the web, without additional costs. Except for the taxes applicable to the import of the product to customers located in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla; or countries outside the European Union.

5. Shippin
Once we receive the full amount, we will prepare the watch and its endowment, and we will proceed to send it conveniently insured, protected and packed, by MRW courier in Peninsula and Islands, and by DHL in international shipments. We can deliver within 24 hours (next working day delivery) in mainland Spain and in the main cities of Europe, and up to 72 hours in the rest of Europe and Islands.

In the shipments we do not include the invoice, but a delivery note. We avoid including prices of the products being shipped, for security reasons.

6. Invoice
Any purchase you make will have its corresponding invoice, issued a few days after receipt of the watch by you. To do so, we will need all the information of the buyer, including the NIF or Passport. The purchase invoice includes the warranty of the watch, and also certifies the originality of the watch.

Unless otherwise stated, all watches are subject to the SPECIAL REGIME FOR USED GOODS, so the price offered is final, without the possibility of deducting VAT.

7. Warranty
We usually offer a warranty service of 6 months on vintage and quartz items; and 12 months on all other watches. By means of this service we will cover incidences on the functioning of the machinery. For more information click here.

8. Withdrawal and returns
We only want 100% satisfied customers! We offer you up to 48 hours of free return, no reason to justify. And up to 14 days return for justified cause. To do this, you must notify it us in writing the unequivocal intention to make the return, and send us the watch under your responsibility to our facilities. Only the receipt of the watch within the stipulated period, in the same state and condition and with the complete set qualifies for a return. Consider that the use or manipulation of the watch invalidates the withdrawal and return. Costs related to the return, such as those derived from the inspection of the watch after receipt, may apply.

9. Guaranteed buyback
A lot of our watches include the guaranteed buy-back service. Through this service, during the warranty period, we will buy back your watch for at agreed price. Some cost may applied, like those from the use of the watch, the inspection and the picking up. It can also be affected by changes in market prices. For more information click here.
